Dear Brother Priests,
Greetings in the Everlasting Name of the Eternal Good Shepherd! In the whole process of the establishment of the Conference of Diocesan Priests of India (CDPI), I perceive how even almost four and a half decades after the historic event of the Second Vatican Council, Holy Mother the Church is still in the process of realising the richness of the dream of the council fathers to become a Communion of Communities.
